My Journey in Residential Property Management
Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner (2020–2025)

I joined Rendall & Rittner in 2020 as a Graduate Property Manager, progressing to Property Manager in 2022 and Senior Property Manager in 2025.
I gained broad experience across complex and challenging high-end developments, leading day-to-day operations, mobilisation, compliance, service charge budget management, financial management, and client reporting.
Developments
Landmark Pinnacle (Canary Wharf) | 2020–2023

Mobilised and managed Western Europe’s tallest residential building, comprising 984 apartments across 75 storeys. I joined as a Graduate Property Manager, spending my first month embedded on-site to understand operational processes and support the early stages of occupation. As the phased handovers progressed, I was responsible for snagging, inspecting communal areas, and managing administrative tasks. I also played a key role in the recruitment of the on-site team and helped establish operational frameworks, including setting up amenity booking systems.
This landmark development offered residents a range of luxury amenities such as two commercial kitchens with dedicated level 56 dining rooms, a cinema, a residents’ lounge, a games room, a golf simulator, and a 75th-storey panoramic viewpoint. I oversaw the handover and launch of these amenities, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and long-term resident satisfaction in one of London’s most ambitious residential schemes.
White City Living (White City) | 2020–2022

Gained hands-on experience managing a large mixed-use estate during the early phases of occupation. I supported the mobilisation of multiple phases, assisting with the launch of the resident amenities, including spa facilities and leisure areas. Working alongside the estate manager, I was actively involved in day-to-day functions, helping ensure the development’s operational readiness.
I also worked closely with the client to manage resident completions, attending regular client meetings to build a strong working relationship. This role provided early exposure to large-estate operations, helping me build confidence in delivering high service standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Artisan (Fitzrovia) | 2021–2023

Artisan was the first development I was assigned as a Property Manager, prior to my formal promotion. I was fully responsible for the day-to-day management of this mixed-use scheme comprising nine residential apartments and three commercial units, working closely with the on-site Building Manager to ensure full compliance, health & safety standards, and regular inspections were consistently met.
This role marked several firsts in my career — including the production of my first service charge budget, which I developed independently. I was responsible for making key decisions relating to maintenance strategy, contractor performance, and operational delivery, giving me the opportunity to grow into the position and apply practical judgment to real-world challenges. The experience significantly strengthened my confidence in managing assets, people, and performance with professionalism and accountability.
The Chimes (Westminster) | 2022–2025

Located in Westminster, The Chimes is a luxury residential development comprising 39 apartments, with gym facilities, underground parking, a rooftop residents’ terrace, and complex mechanical and electrical systems. Developed by Pegasus Homes (our client), The Chimes — alongside 79 Fitzjohns Avenue — represented my first full responsibility for managing large on-site teams, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, as well as wider front-of-house and operational staff.
At The Chimes, I gained significant technical experience managing M&E plant infrastructure, working closely with consultants, original designers, and contractors to resolve system inefficiencies and implement long-term improvements. The development required a detail-oriented, systems-driven approach, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of building infrastructure and apply practical solutions to resolve complex plant issues effectively.
79 Fitzjohns Avenue (Hampstead) | 2022–2025

79 Fitzjohns Avenue, developed by Pegasus Homes, is a luxury later-living development comprising 29 apartments with full on-site management, a 24-hour concierge, gym, spa, and leisure facilities.
A strong emphasis was placed on delivering exceptional customer service tailored to the later-living demographic. I worked closely with the on-site team to ensure all resident needs were addressed quickly and with care. At the time of handover, several apartments remained unsold or unoccupied, so I was responsible for managing void servicing, ensuring all vacant units were regularly inspected and maintained to a high standard while ready for future occupation.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, I collaborated with the client and build team to resolve outstanding defects during the defect liability period. I also played a key role in developing detailed servicing schedules and ensuring all contract scopes and compliance measures were in place. This supported the creation of a comprehensive service charge budget that reflected both current expenditure and anticipated future operational requirements.
Chelsea Barracks (Chelsea) | 2023–2025

Chelsea Barracks marked a significant step in my career, and I was honoured to be appointed Property Manager of one of the country’s most prestigious and exclusive luxury developments.
Known for its exceptional quality and high-net-worth residents, Chelsea Barracks demands best-in-class service and meticulous attention to detail. I worked closely with a large on-site team of over 30 staff, including senior management—the General Manager, Head of Engineering, Head of Facilities, and Head of Front of House.
My responsibilities included preparing detailed monthly financial reports for our client, Qatari Diar, and collaborating with the on-site team to improve service delivery, contractor management, and operational efficiency. I actively oversaw compliance for all assets through regular, thorough site inspections. Additionally, a void management programme with Rendall & Rittner supported smooth transitions from sales to occupation.
A complex part of my role involved managing the license to alter applications, specifically the grand penthouse fit-out from shell and core. This extensive project involved more than 40 construction workers requiring access to the development. Coordinating the disruptive and noisy works required careful management to minimise impact on residents.
One of my key achievements was working closely with the entire management and on-site team to mobilise Phase Four, which had a £2 million mobilisation budget. Close consultation with the client and on-site team enabled challenging budget amendments, incorporating additional schedules, apportionments, and splits across residential blocks, commercial units, and estate areas. This phase introduced business suites, a children’s playroom, and comprehensive leisure and wellness facilities (spas, saunas, swimming pool, underground tennis court), as well as an additional residential block.

Brent Cross Town (Brent Cross) | 2024–2025

Brent Cross Town formed part of a major £8 billion regeneration project by Related Argent, where successful mobilisation of the first 277 private sale apartments was essential for securing future business. This was also my first project where I held full responsibility for the entire mobilisation process as Property Manager, placing significant accountability on me to ensure everything was delivered smoothly.
I developed a strong working relationship with the client, building trust through open communication. They were welcoming and receptive to my ideas and suggestions for improvements, particularly during mobilisation when I reviewed the operational strategies, highlighting management concerns to ensure full scope and consideration for use by the on-site team. This collaborative approach helped ensure the service delivered was comprehensive, compliant, and aligned with residents’ needs.
I worked closely with Savills, the estate management company, to ensure seamless coordination between block and estate management. Clear communication channels were established among Rendall & Rittner, Savills, and Related Argent, where I developed a strategic framework to deliver excellent service to residents and leaseholders.
The development included two residential blocks and a large commercial car park managed by Rendall & Rittner, covering basement areas across multiple blocks and phases. I led handover inspections, highlighted compliance issues, and managed snagging alongside the construction team.
One key challenge was the fire strategy, complicated by the interconnectivity between blocks and the car park. Following a review with fire consultants and ongoing client and construction meetings, I personally advised and suggested implementing a 24/7 emergency response system to ensure full compliance with fire regulations. This led to appointing a car park night security officer to monitor system activations and provide timely responses across the estate, offering a cost-effective and compliant solution.
Throughout mobilisation, I collaborated with internal teams to review O&M manuals, advise on management structure, and develop initial service charge budgets, supporting a seamless transition from construction to occupation.
Belgravia Gate (Belgravia) | 2025

Belgravia Gate is an exceptionally high-end residential development located in one of London’s most prestigious districts. This exclusive scheme offers a range of luxury amenities and operates a distinctive branded residency service, catering to residents who expect the highest standards of management.
I was directly involved in the onboarding of the new client, establishing essential operational systems to support the bespoke management requirements. Working closely with the on-site General Manager and Head of Front of House, I ensured full compliance, provided service charge and financial management, tailoring processes to meet the client’s specific needs.
This role demanded a meticulous approach to compliance, financial reporting, and service quality assurance, balancing the unique demands of branded residency.
The project highlighted my ability to adapt management frameworks to suit a super prime residential environment, reinforcing my expertise in delivering tailored solutions within the luxury property sector.
Transitioning into the Super Prime Residential Sector
Following my exposure to Chelsea Barracks, Belgravia Gate, and other prime developments, such as 79 Fitzjohns Avenue and The Chimes, I was inspired to focus my career exclusively within the super prime residential sector. The elevated service levels, detailed design standards, and complex resident expectations at these schemes drove my ambition to specialise in super prime property management at the very highest level.
Senior Property Manager at Rhodium (2025–Present)

I joined Rhodium, the UK’s leading super prime property management firm, in 2025 as a Senior Property Manager, taking the next step in my career with a dedicated focus on exceptional residential experiences.
Academic Foundation
University of Reading | 2017–2020

I studied BSc Real Estate at the University of Reading, graduating with a 2:1 in 2020. The degree provided a strong grounding in valuation, property law, planning, development, and management.
These academic foundations have remained vital in understanding the broader commercial and legal context behind the residential management work I undertake today.
Real Estate Work Experience | 2017– 2019
Alongside my academic studies, I gained valuable insight into the property industry through multiple summer placements that allowed me to explore both commercial and residential sectors.

Savills – Commercial Division (Nottingham) | Summer 2019
I completed a placement within Savills’ Commercial Division in Nottingham, assisting with valuations for secured lending purposes and researching planning policy constraints. I gained experience in the following areas:
- Supporting valuation reports for institutional lenders
- Interpreting local planning policy and development restrictions
- Visiting commercial sites and attending client meetings with senior directors
Rent in West Bridgford – Residential Lettings | Summer 2018
I worked for a local letting agency managing over 50 student and private rental properties. This hands-on experience provided me with insight into residential operations, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, advertising, and compliance with tenancy documentation, and improved my communication and organisational skills.
Melton Road Property Developers | Summer 2017
I shadowed a small property developer across active construction sites, from early works through to completion and sale. This helped me better understand the redevelopment process and how value is added through project delivery.
These work experiences exposed me to the breadth of the real estate industry. They helped me confirm that I wanted to focus my career on the residential property sector, where the combination of operational management, client interaction, and long-term service delivery aligns with my strengths and interests.
